more detailIn our production journey spanning nearly a century, we strive for each new day to be better than the previous one, with a focus on inquiry, learning, adaptation, continuous improvement, value creation, and stakeholder satisfaction. We have initiated a digital transformation process prioritizing traceability and efficiency in line with Industry 4.0. In 2022, we were selected as Turkey's Happiest Workplace in our industry. Furthermore, we managed to become one of Turkey's Best Workplaces in the years 2022-2023 by also receiving the "Great Place to Work" certification, which evaluates a great employee experience globally.
Since our establishment, we have placed human resources as our most important value at the core. Currently, we continue our operations with a team of 155 white-collar and 307 blue-collar employees, carrying out our work with a 65-person team in our design center and e-commerce department.
With our heavy industry manufacturing group, which is the flagship of Askon Demir, we export to 21 countries across 5 continents. With our Artepera, Wall Art Istanbul, and Oobje decoration product brands, established within our organization in 2018, we continue to engage in e-export to 67 countries across 6 continents.
After becoming a member of KALDER in 2020, we initiated the National Quality Movement in the same year. We shape the backbone of the 2023-2025 Strategic Action Plan around sustainability, employer branding, branding, reputation management, robotic processes and automation, digitization, efficiency, traceability, operational excellence, and green transformation.
As Askon Demir, we have grouped our services under seven main headings. These include CNC Cutting, Post-Cutting Services, CNC Bending, Machining, Welding, Quality Control, and Logistics.
